I am an Instructor of Philosophy at Saddleback College and a Postdoctoral Researcher at The University of Texas at Austin. I specialize in Kant, the philosophy of mind, psychology, and cognitive science.
I hold a Ph.D. in Philosophy from The University of Texas at Austin, an M.A. in Philosophy from Tufts University, and a B.A. (Honors) in Philosophy from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Outside of philosophy, I am a ZUMA Press photojournalist and live music photographer. My philosophical research and artistic endeavors often inspire each other. You can check out some of my work here. I also enjoy exploring my city and pushing my limits as a runner. I've completed three half-marathons and plan to complete a full one next.
